SUITABLE FOR : Existing as well as new Sub brokers /Channel Partners with own infrastructure.

PRIMARY ROLE : To acquire, advise & service clients and execute trades on their behalf.

FUNCTIONING :Have a strong sales process for client acquisition with the help of Hpmg Shares, advise them based on Hpmg Research products and execute client orders. Operate from own office with HPMG trading terminal.

SEGMENTS AVAILABLE UNDER THIS MODEL : All or any of the following- Equity Cash, Equity F&O & Currencies Futures.

PRODUCTS WHICH CAN BE MARKETED BY A CP : All or any of the following- Equities and Commodities trading, E - Trading, MF (Offline), MF (through ST EX terminals), IPOs, PMS.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS :

• As AP or SB for BSE / NSE CASH Segment

• As AP for Currency Commodities and Future and Options Segments ( i.e. for NSE F and O / NCDEX / MCX / NSE CDX / BSE CDX & MCX SX )


SUITABLE FOR : Existing Sub brokers/Channel Partners, Professionals such as Insurance Agents, Mutual Fund Advisors, Primary Market Sub brokers, etc. or dealing in any other Financial Services Products and serving an existing client base.

PRIMARY ROLE : To acquire and advise clients and execute trades at Hpmg Shares office through a dedicated trading terminal.

FUNCTIONING :Thoroughly understand Hpmg Shares Research products and advise clients to invest or trade. Operate from Hpmg Shares office during trading hours. You shall execute the trades of all your clients on the live trading terminal provided to you.

SEGMENTS AVAILABLE UNDER THIS MODEL : All or any of the following- Equity Cash, Equity F and O, Commodities, Currencies Futures.

PRODUCTS WHICH CAN BE MARKETED BY A CP : All or any of the following- Equity and Commodities trading, E- Trading, MF (Offline), MF (through ST EX terminal), IPO, PMS.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS :

• As AP or SB for BSE / NSE CASH Segment

• As AP for Currency Commodities and Future and Options Segments ( i.e. for NSE F&O / MCX / NSE CDX / BSE CDX and MCX SX )


SUITABLE FOR : Same set of entrepreneurs mentioned above or any person having a very wide social or Business network of High Networth Individuals (HNIs) or Corporates or E-trading clients.

PRIMARY ROLE : Only introduce clients or new relationships to Hpmg Shares the rest will be taken care by us.

FUNCTIONING :Understand our products in detail and convince clients to invest in any or all the products, if required, with the help of Hpmg Shares representatives, complete the client registration formalities and our representatives will take it ahead from there.
